This is a strong high fermentation black beer that with its high content of toasted malts has a very recognizable chocolate and coffee palate and an aroma of caramel, raisins and dried fruits. Abundant amounts of British hops give the beer an elegant counterbalance to the strong caramel and fruity character of this beer. As a personal touch we have added selected chiles that due to their characteristic flavor and strength give this beer even more intensity. This beer was created especially to accompany dishes with mole, a delicacy worthy of the court of any empire in the past, present or future.
