Colsons orginal is a golden ale painstakingly designed over a three-year period to meet a variety of exacting specifications. From the beginning, the beer was designed to be on the light end of the SRM color scale, with medium to low IBUs, solid body & head retention, a pleasant aroma, perfect carbonation and, most important of all, a clean, mild citrus finish sure to please even the most demanding beer drinker.
